Ciao! Paje is the first restaurant in Tanzania and therefore Zanzibar
serving true Napoletana pizza. We only use a special custom made 00
flour, which is produced specifically for us by a local mill.
Our Moretti Neapolis oven is designed to reach even 500 degrees
Celsuis which is essential for baking Neapolitan pizza.
Our dough proofing takes minimum 48h, which along with a minimal use
of yeast makes it an ultra lightly digestive product. And of course
the taste of all our homemade ingredients is amazing!
We believe our pizza is not fast food but a product that takes time to
make and is made with passion and love.
