"Fahari Off the Grid is a labor of love, rooted in a deep respect for our traditions, the environment and Kizimkazi community.

The menu is a tribute to our experiences across five continents through the lens of our island roots.

Besides being a celebration of Jamaica's culinary heritage, our hidden gem is a testament to sustainability, as we have painstakingly developed the landscape from the ground up, weaving regenerative principles into every aspect of our operations. We are committed to sourcing the  freshest local ingredients. For us, "local" means prioritizing ingredients grown and produced in  Zanzibar. 

We proudly collaborate with our Kizimkazi neighbours, including the Tufahamiane  Women's Group and the village fishermen. As we celebrate local ingredients, we celebrate the community that brings them to our table. Join us in savoring this culinary abundance, one plate at a time".
