We are happy to announce the inauguration of the Cultural & Seaweed tour in Kilimajuu! The tour directly supports the MAMA CHUMU women’s cooperative with 100% of the payments going to the local community!
The tour includes:
- Experience of local customs and lifestyle
- Learning about seaweed: It’s farming, benefits & challenges
- Cultural exchange between visitors & seaweed farmers
- Seaweed snack & juice
- Chance to buy products from the women’s cooperative
The tour takes around 1,5 hours and costs 15usd per person.
