Our Swahili cooking classes offer a delightful way to find the heart of Zanzibar, known as the Spice Island, for its rich variety of spices that enhance the flavours of traditional dishes.

You will learn to create authentic Swahili dishes using a selection of locally sourced spices, including cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, turmeric, ginger, cumin, coriander, and vanilla.

We usually cook with Chicken served with rice. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available

11am – 1pm every day , other times by special request.

• Half price  under 18 yrs with parent
